Rules and Regulations
Historical Racing Machines (HRMs) are governed by the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission. Below are the links to the complete set of rules and regulations under which Marshall Yards Racing and Gaming operates.
Must be 21 years of age or older to wager on HRMs. No one under 21 years old is allowed in Marshall Yards Racing and Gaming.
